  • An additional refundable security deposit may be required, ranging from $300-$1500, not included in your initial booking.

  • The property uses a private, commercial laundry facility, with all linens washed in high-heat commercial washers with EPA-approved detergents. After cleaning, professional inspectors walk through the home to ensure it is ready for arrival.
